Community charge.
As an owner of a house in Zeniamar 5 you are a member of the Community.
This means that you have to pay your community charge.
The size of the charge you have to pay depends on the size of your house.
The charge has to be paid twice a year, 1st of February and 1st of August.
The amount of fees payable for your home can be found in the private area – Contact the administrator or a member of the committee for the password to be able to access this area.
Non payment of community fees will result in the following procedures being actioned:-
House owners who haven’t paid within 1 month of payment due (August and February) will receive a letter informing them that they haven’t paid their fee on time.
Payment must be paid within one week of receipt of this letter.
House owners who haven’t paid within 2 months (September and March) will receive a registered letter informing them that fees remain outstanding.
Payment will be expected within a week of receipt of this letter.
House owners who haven’t paid within 3 months (October and April) will receive a Burofax informing them that their fees remain unpaid, despite previous reminders. At this stage, payment must be made within 1 week. If this is not received then the committee will consider whether you should be taken to court for the outstanding amounts.
Contact the administrators (AGM) as well as the President/Committee if there is a problem or if you have difficulty in paying so that the matter can be discussed and dealt with quickly.
